New IsaChat Online Support Provides Faster, Personalized Customer Service

Chandler, Ariz. - March 28, 2006 - Isagenix Associates find that for fast, cost-effective, better-quality service, IsaChat online support is their best choice.

One of the main advantages to IsaChat is its ability to maintain a history. All chats are saved by Customer Service to review for quality and are easy to retrieve when needed. This gives Customer Service an opportunity to provide more personalized service.

"We can look someone's history up and know exactly what's going on," said IsaChat Customer Service Representative Molly Rawlins. "I feel like I know each Associate's needs before they even ask a question."

IsaChat, launched in February, offers many advantages over calling or e-mailing Customer Service. Unlike calling, there are no hold times or long-distance charges. Unlike e-mail, it's secure and can eliminate any delays by offering real-time responses.

Real-time IsaChat, available 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (P.S.T.) Monday to Friday, is simple and easy to use. To chat, Associates simply click on the IsaChat icon located online in the Isagenix Back Office. A small window for typing in a question pops up on screen. An answer is received almost immediately.

"This chat system makes my life so much easier," said George Ledbetter of Tucson, Ariz., a regular "IsaChatter."

IsaChat Offers Convenience, Safety

IsaChat lets users take their time. A user can submit a question online, get an answer, and never tie up the phone line. Then he or she can return and ask another, and another-always starting right where the last conversation left off.

For navigation and technical support, Associates often save or print the instructional steps given through IsaChat. This makes it easy for the less web-savvy to recall how to navigate their Web sites.

IsaChat includes 128-bit Secure Socket Layer security. It's the same technology used by banks or brokerage houses to encrypt transactions. The secure server allows Associates to place orders and provide payment information directly through IsaChat. This means Associates can prepare orders beforehand and submit it online in less than a minute.
